Obesity is associated with lots of limitations and with reduced quality of life, development of serious chronic conditions such as heart disease and diabetes, increased medical care costs, and premature death. The extra weight also puts a large amount of stress on all parts of the body and especially the joints.

We have read the studies and have heard the news tell us over and over again that we are too large. I say enough already we get the message loud and clear we are fat and need to do something about it. But what you ask? That’s were I come in. You want to lose weight but you don’t like exercise. Weight loss is a basic equation based on eating the right foods and doing the right exercises. Weight loss is simple; Weight loss is the result of a calorie deficit, burn more calories then you consume. If you can fully understand that then you are well on your way to losing weight.
